Top Coat, LLC Powder Coating has a state-of-the-art powder coating line built by Midwest Finishing Systems. This all starts with a 3-stage iron phosphate washing system allowing us to clean all parts and prepare them properly to allow the powder of your choice to achieve the maximum bond. Parts then go through our dry-off oven to remove any excess water that did not drain and are then coated in either our automatic 10-gun booth for high volume colors, or sprayed in our manual booth for custom colors and are then cured to the powder specifications.
